When you check out, your financial transaction and shipment will be processed by goshippo. You'll see a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes. No, our fees are based on how much work will be involved in creating a great product for you. Since we are not willing to compromise on the quality of our work, we also cannot negotiate on our rates. However, if your budget is constrained, we can reduce the scope of the project, or break it down into phases.

That depends entirely on the project! A complicated project can take months, while a simple one can be done in a matter of days. Our ability to complete a project also hinges largely on your response time. We rely on your feedback to create a great piece of work, so the sooner you respond to us, the faster we can move forward. Once again, this depends a lot on the nature of the project. Some projects (ie: designing a logo) require more frequent check-ins, while others only need meetings a few times a year (ie: quarterly website maintenance). We would love to meet you at least once in person, but that is not required for us to work together. We can complete projects entirely over emails or phone.

A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. At your request, we will supply the electronic files to you on dropbox, or through e-mail. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.

Once deposit is received, normal turnaround for graphic design is 14 days. We present the design to the client at the black and white stage, then again at color stage, and wait for final approval before we save out all the files for you. The client design files are their artwork and we are up front about this part of the process. We do save your work in case you lose the files or need them sent again.

As a non-agency, we listen to our clients from the start. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have to help us get an idea of style before starting to work with new clients. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain colors and fonts before work continues. Once the design project is ready for print we will submit a final proof for the customer’s approval before submitting to production. Once a job is in production, the job cannot be cancelled. At the conclusion of a project, the client may request the artwork in various formats if payment was made for design services.
